DECIBEL AUDIOLOGY CENTRE is manned by qualified Audiologist cum Speech Pathologist.

Audiogrammes are done and report supplied to patients daily. Speech-Therapy is given both in the morning and in the evening sessions. Speech-Therapy to stammer, puberophonia, deaf-mutism etc. are done with good results.

Pre-recruitment Audiographic screening and industrial audiograms are undertaken for corporates.

A stock of reliable and affordable hearing-aids of various models and makes, is available for sale at the centre. They are tested and fitted to patients to their satisfaction. Custom ear-moulds are also made to suit individual ears, for the safety and better-performance of the machines.

The highlight of our sales in the after-sales service we provide for the buyers, and also the repair and maintenance service we extend for hearing aids purchased elsewhere also.

Spares like receivers, cells, cords, plugs etc, are always available. For all types of Hearing-Aids at our centre, and can be purchased across the counter.

As a service to the poor and needy, Hearing-Aids are distributed free of cost, at special camps organised by philanthropic institutions periodically. The most recent one was held at koodapakkam village on 25.07.04 jointly with Gothi Welfare Foundation, Pondicherry.
