Step 1: The middle turbinate is medialized to provide an adequate working space in the middle meatus.
Step 2: The Uncinate bone is cut using a reverse cutting Ostrom's pinch.
Step 3: The Uncinate process after removal of a bony window.
Step 4: Bulla Ethmoidalis, which is the largest anterior ethmoidal cell is opened and marsupialised.
Step 5: The maxillary sinus ostia is widened and pus sucked out.
Step 6: The anterior ethmoidal cells are cleared using Blakesley's forceps.
Step 7: The anterior wall of sphenoids is removed after clearance of posterior ethmoidal cells.
Step 8: Sphenoidal sinus seen after removal of the anterior wall.
